Very satisfied , i love this office chair . It is much better than my previous one . The size of the chair is super suitable . I am 5'7" tall and weight 185ibs and I haven't felt a even a little bit crowded . The installation instructions came with the product , it took me 30 minutes to get everything done . The most satisfied point is the chair cushion and backrest , they are soft and breathable ,if it is possible , I can even sit on it all day . Five stars . highly recommended !

i knew the chair was a return. it has black marks on the cushions that i believe are from the wheel that were just thrown in the box loose. now the real kicker, no bolts, screws or washers. no list of their size. i can not assemble the chair until i determine the bolt lengths needed and then make a trip to spend money on extra hardware. i know these can be a shot in the dark, at least i can return it and buy a chair from a different company. well time to get the tape out and get this thing out of my life, another trip, great.

Simply put, this chair is much better than most other office chairs I have ever had, and I have had a few. It took about 25 minutes to assemble and the chair itself is made of good parts. I will update after 6 months.
