Product is not as expected, it is described as a hoodie, the given impression for a hoodie is an item of clothing that is made of quite thick material that you can wear outside on a spring autumn day. I have t-shirts made of thicker material.The item is also quite small. There is nothing on the add that indicates the top is not 'true to size'.As is my consumer right I contacted the seller via Amazon to request a return address and FULL refund. I have been offered a 30% refund and can keep the item. I have responded that I want a full refund and to return the item. I have not yet had any response to my latest email!.Given these facts I would recommend extreme caution with this seller and with using Amazon as they also appear to be unhelpful at this point.
