Yeah amazon do refill med kits, if you are in Ireland Flashpoint, or first aid systems do the same

is there room to add other stuff to the kit?

Unfortunately no. It's very compact and well-stocked. The only way you add other stuff is to take items out (which I wouldn't advise) because it is so well organized. It has been tricky finding the exact items to replenish the stock, but not impossible.

What is in the CPR kit?

If you look in the two sheets of items included with the product images, No24 a resuscitation facemark is listed as being in the CPR kit. I'll check my kit to see if there is anything else in there.

Having not included eye wash, is there a spare compartment which can fit eye wash and enable closure of bag?

Yeah there is plenty of space you can put eye wash in and it will still close 😊 hopefully this helps
