Great design. Thanks to it being titanium it’s very lightweight. Very little weight. The fold-up handles work good when needed, and they fold up against the side of the pot when they are not needed. The lid has a steam vent hole in it already, so that’s great. I’m a mechanical engineer and tend to be real picky about how things work and are built, but this pot is better than 90% of the products out there already. Great design and I love its usability.

I love this thing! Perfect for soups, stews, backpacker meals, etc. The fold-away handles are superb, and also vital when it's hot. BUT, being Titanium, it is THE BEST for backpacking. It's light-weight, strong, and perfect for backpacker dining! Don't tell anyone, but sometimes I'll pull this thing out and have soup in it at home, just to "feel the camping vibe" I get from using it! GET ONE!!

Super great addition. Was looking for a pot to add to my pack, but was concerned about having to lug around heavy or bulky gear. That was until I found the Valtcan titanium pot. It’s size and weight are perfect. I was able to fit it in my molle camel pack Nalgene bottle holder. The Nalgene 32 oz. bottle fits inside the pot and the pot lid rest on top of the bottle. With the bottle holder zipped up, you have a super secure and space saving set up. Having a pot to cook, purify water, or anything else is amazing. This is a must have.

This is all you need. I keep it in a plastic bag and never clean off the black. It has a bail so you can hang it over the campfire, I don't carry a stove. Wood is not in short supply in the Blue Ridge. I boil water and put it in my freeze-dried packet which I eat out of and have some left over for a hot drink. The handles make it great, so I don't have to carry a potholder. I would advise a plastic curved lip for the rim.

Hi. I spent a LOT of time researching the 900ml mug before settling on the Valtcan brand. I could only find two brands that had Nalgene-nestable 900ml mug’s at the time of my purchase. It nests on the Nalgene stainless bottle, I can squeeze a toothpick in the gap. It nests on a Nalgene plastic bottle, I can push the tooth pick all the way in the gap. And a pic of my 900ml & 750ml on the Nalgene bottle, there will be a review on the 750ml separately. The 900ml has ml markings but unfortunately NO ounce markings inside. The lid handle retainer is tight and can keep the handle UP for you. The lid seems to fits the mug loosely. The bail is not removable, and it will stay UP on its own. The bail is in-line with the handle, thus out of your way for drinking. The bail hinge points have little tabs on one side that will keep the bail up-perpendicular to the mug, allowing easier grasping with a stick or something. Flipped to the other side the bail will lay down against the side of the mug, this seems to be a nice feature. The handle hinges are not snug so the handles flop around freely. It comes with a decent dark mesh draw string bag. The biggest negative for me is the lack of ounce markings, but the other brand I was comparing it to didn't have them either. This is intended to be my cooking mug and the 750ml will be my drinking cup. 4-stars, mostly for lack of ounce markings but I'm still content with my purchase.

The Valtcan Products and specifically this pot are a great value for the price. Fit of Lid, handles, bale all just what they need to be and what you expect. It appears to be and functions just as true titanium should. The vented lid is appreciated!

More like 800ml. Quality is GOOD. Nalgene Bottle fits perfectly inside... Good Buy. VOLUME is secondary Concern. Very useful product.
