There isn't a seperate piece of fabric inside to seperate your balls from your legs. It does have good front room for your entire manhood more so than most other brands.

im 6 4 250lns. 40 in waist. Any ither big guys have these? A lot of brands ride up for the dredded wedgie, especually aft long periods of driving.

I’m 6’”3 270 and these sucked as far as the fit on the biggest ones they had I returned and wouldnt reorder.
