Good machine but ridiculous price in India
Great machine but don't buy it in this price. I bought it from Australia at AUD 325 (16,000 INR). In India they are selling at double the price. This is pure loot

Product good but packaging was bad
In the description it was promised thay we would get a sample of nespresso coffee capsules variety,It i didnt get one. Rather i got two packs of volluto and some other flavour rather than the variety sampler.This means that the box was preopened before delivery and the seal was also breached.

My machine is not working properly from Day 1. There is no technical support for machine operation. We are not able to reach seller for replacement of our machine.

No Warrenty and service in India
I purchased this machine in India. The started problem of milk dispenser within a month. I descale it using the kit but the problem is not solved. Now I need to through this machine. No service available in India.

No service station in India. Worst buy
I don't think it has any repair and service station in India except Delhi. Keep that in mind in ND. We got it as a gift but it never worked since the time I got it. Now completely relying on there sub sub contractor Oriental service
