I'll admit I was late to the fabric resistance band trend. I'd been using cheap latex loops for years and figured they were all basically the same. After the latex ones rolled up my legs for the hundredth time mid-squat, I finally made the switch to Tribe's fabric bands — and I genuinely don't know why I waited so long. The difference in quality is immediately obvious. The fabric construction means they stay exactly where you put them — no rolling, no slipping, no bunching. Whether I'm doing glute bridges, lateral walks, or clamshells, these bands grip without digging in or leaving red marks on my skin. That alone is worth the upgrade from latex. The 3-pack gives you a genuinely useful range of resistance levels. I use the light band for warm-ups and activation work, the medium for accessory movements, and the heavy one for serious glute and hip work on days when I really want to feel it. This is a great set of high quality bands that seem like they will last for a long time. Much better than the latex bands that roll up, don't stay in place, and tug at leg hairs.

Great so far! I had the rubber type previously and they rode up. These are really great, stay put, comfortable, strong. Can't speak to the longevity, but first impressions are wonderful.

I've been looking for good quality resistance bands like this for a while. I've used the rubber ones up until this point but was always annoyed with how they would roll up with any sort of leg swinging motion or with lunges. These fabric resistance bands are the perfect solution to this problem as they do not roll up whatsoever. In addition, you can tell these bands are made very well and are priced very reasonably. Obviously they are more expensive than the rubber resistance bands because of the different materials, but they are also a great price in comparison to other brands/influencers that sell the same type of bands. The little bag that the bands come in is also a great plus. In terms of performance, these bands hold up very well. The resistance is great and they really do stay up when doing a variety of exercises. I'm hoping that these bands will last me a long time!

These bands were very well made and strong. I am a senior who is just beginning resistance training and unfortunately even the lightest band was just too strong for me to stretch it. These were definitely great quality compared to another pair I tried that were a thin latex that rolled around the body part being used. For those who are younger and more fit these would be a top-notch purchase.

With limited stretch I find the size to be too short.
