Good for sandwiches
I use this all the time as it is good for subs....not too much flavor which is exactly perfect for sandwiches. Getting hard to find for some reason at a reasonable price.

QUALITY FROM ITALY
I usually only purchase extra light olive oil, because it has a neutral, light, taste and smell. I not only have used it every day with food, and completely eliminated butter (just sprinkle a bit of salt on it and it TASTES like butter), but I have used it on my skin for years, because it is pure and has no smell. It is commonly known that olive oil has many nutritional benefits. I have always preferred Italian made olive oil and usually have purchased Bertolli brand, but recently noticed it was not available on Amazon, so I tried Filippo Berio, also made in Italy. I find it equally fine. But note, though "packed" in Italy, the oils come from several countries : Greece, Italy, Portugal, Spain and Tunisia. There are no additives and no cholesterol. I recommend it

Far superior over vegetable oil

I should have looked up the product and researched it a bit better. But this is Amazon
I put this in my den and it really didn't provide any extra light. I'm not going to detract from the product's rating because it's very likely I'm not using it correctly. It didn't come with instructions. Well, now that I think about it, I will deduct one star. How do you even promise a product labelled extra light without it arriving without any lumen rating? Yes, yes, it's my fault. I should have looked up the product and researched it a bit better. But this is Amazon. Who does that? Point is I thought I was getting an olive oil capable of emitting extra light but all it does is bubble and cook bacon. No fault of the product. It does an incredible job of keeping sticky foods away from my stainless steel pans, but if you promise extra light you should deliver.
