Packaging is horrible. Defective pump
The pump is defective, not powerful to get the shampoo out of the bottle. Anyway will continue to use this shampoo to see how it works on my hair, but not happy with the packaging👎🏻

Best Shampoo I've ever used - PACKAGING IS HORRIBLE
I have been using the Gold Shampoo and Conditioner for almost a year now. I absolutely love it. It is by far the best shampoo I have ever used for my frizzy hair. It controls the frizz and makes my hair way smoother than the Moisturizing shampoo which I sometimes use on the weekends, when I don’t care as much how my hair looks. The main reason I don’t use the gold every day is the big jump in price compared to the moisturizing. But, I love it so much I am willing to pay for how it makes my hair look and feel.The packaging for the shampoo is HORRIBLE! It’s okay for the conditioner, but could be improved. But for the shampoo, it is almost impossible to use the product in the original packaging. The little pump is not powerful enough to get the shampoo out of the bottle. I will continue to buy the shampoo, because I was able to find a screw top that fit the bottle. I am using the screw top from a 12 oz Philosophy face wash.As others have said it does not lather much on the first wash. I use very little shampoo on the first wash. On the second wash it lathers like normal with the same small amount of shampoo.

Great product but need new containers!
I love this hair product but on the shampoo the pump does not work! Then on the conditioner the top of the pump totally came off!! Kind of discouraged that both are broken!!

Picture is Deceiving
This product did not come with a PUMP like the picture shows!!! If you want a shampoo with a pump, this shampoo IS NOT FOR YOU! Tried to get it resolved without returning the whole bottle of shampoo, but no that isn't one of the options.

It does not come with the pump top as shown in picture.
Good for keeping oils down in colored hair, would suggest also purchasing the conditioner with it.

Maintains my Keratin treatment- Love this shampoo
I have a Keratin treatment every 4 or 5 months and use this shampoo (and conditioner) to maintain the benefits. My hair is shiny and silky and in great condition from using this product. This is the only shampoo I use. I believe this shampoo maintains my Keratin treatment better than any other!
