I have been looking for a new black tote/purse forever. It's hard to find the perfect purse looking online, so I always appreciate uploaded photos by buyers of the product. I needed a purse that was taller than it is wide to fit all my stuff and have room for extra last minute things that I may throw in especially when I travel. This purse fits the bill. Its roomy and not too heavy, has plenty of outside zippers (a plus for me!) I need my phone to be handy in an outside zipper along with my keys in a separate place. The divided inside compartments are a big plus as well. The strap moves easily up and down to change the length at any given time. I have No complaints about this purse. So glad I found it !!

size is exactly what i was looking for! big enough to fit 10.9” ipad with case, but not so big it’s sliding around or looks weird. bag is super cute, and i love all the pockets.i notice the smell others are mentioning. it’s not too apparent but does seem to be tied to the inside of the bag. i’ll let y’all know if that goes away, and how the bag holds up.

I love this purse. I bought it back in December and it is still working great for me. It is well made. The size is perfect. It has lots of room and different compartments. And still works as a crossbody bag. I love the color. The only problem I had with it is it had an odor when I opened it, but that cleared out too. So all in all I would recommend it and would buy it again.

This bag is so much nicer than I expected! Feels and smells like leather, so incredibly soft and lots of room—inside and out. I may buy another one just as a back-up, I absolutely love it!

i bought this purse a year ago and have been using it near daily since for my job as a flight attendant and i loved it. it fit my phone, wallet, charger, umbrella, and anything else i needed to shove in there and there were plenty of pockets to do so, however, the durability of the purse leaves much to be desired. a few months in and the pleather was already starting to flake in some places and loose threads were coming from the strap and the sewing on the inside pockets started coming undone. it came to a head recently when the strap completely broke on me while walking down the jetbridge. thankfully it had been the last day of my trip, but even so, i can't say i recommend this product for everyday or long-lasting use

I have been looking for, what seems like forever, the perfect purse to store all my many items! I always get made fun of for the extreme weight of my purses as I haul a lot of stuff. This fact makes it very tricky to find a purse constructed well enough to not break the strap - which had happened quite quickly in fact with the last 3 purses I'd purchased. This sucker is large enough with the PERFECT number of compartments to keep all my stuff organized (SUPER important to me) PLUS, the straps are kinda doubled over (if that makes sense (it not, hopefully the pics will clarify) which I'm hoping will give the purse the support it needs in order to not break the straps (there's a pic of the threading just starting to come undone ~ Yikes)! Anywho, so far I'm quite pleases with the purchase of this purse.

I love this particular design! This is my second time ordering it. My first one lasted about 2 years before the strap broke (but in fairness, I carry everything but the kitchen sink in my purse! lol. I was very pleased. This one had some odor to the lining that wasn't pleasant. The lining is not as nice as the first one I ordered - more plasticy, where the first one was a soft fabric. But overall I'm pleased! I love the capacity and all the pockets. I recommend it!!
