Works Great, Simple to use
Purchased this for a backyard birthday party and it WAY exceeded my expectations. We made at least 20 cotton candies in a row and it worked great every time.

So much fun
I was the star of the 4 year olds birthday party. This kit is great. The quality isn't the highest I've seen, but the variety of flavors and cones makes up for it.Would recommend getting some extra cones as it doesn't come with nearly enough relative to the amount of sugar.

Great, but be careful!
This machine is AWESOME and the flavors are great (and this is coming from someone who really doesn't like cotton candy). I took a star away because when cleaning it, the side of the heater element doesn't appear sharp but sliced through my finger from an accidental touch that could have happened just as easily from my child putting the sugar in. And it was DEEP. So just something to be aware of- the metal is SUPER sharp even though it doesn't look it. But, if you're careful, this thing is freaking awesome!

It's a fun machine to have.
The media could not be loaded. For the price you pay......it's great! Works great. Unlike the commercial Cotton Candy makers you hold the cone across the top and slowly spin in. On the Commercial ones you spin it on the inside. Watch the video. Doesn't take long to get the hang of it. Great for when friends come over, an outdoor BBQ, watching a movie. Is it good for a kids party....sure. They would love it. The person making it may not be as happy. You can make one, then shut it off, refill with the Candy Sugar, start it back up, repeat procedure. The best thing to do is cut holes in a cardboard box, make them before the party, and insert them in the holes. And take it out during the party. Some people expect it to work like the $350 models. It's not going to happen. But once you get the hang of it. I usually put 2 scoops and get a nice size ball of cotton candy. It's fun to have.
