Admittedly, I was somewhat skeptical when I first opened the package due to very large size out of the package which grew into a seemingly giant loofa after it was rehydrated it in water.It's basically the size of a catcher's mitt. However, I was completely sold on the benefits of an XL loofa about 30 seconds into using it the first time - it's much more efficient vs the typical small loofas for sale. It feels great on the skin and covers a broader surface area with each scrub. Now, I'm totally sold and will never go back to the small loofas for in-home use.

These are just fabulous. A treat in the shower. Durable and nicely packaged as well. Quality item!

I’ve been through 13-15 body scrubbers to replace one that broke last year, and this is the best I’ve used so far. It doesn’t smell bad out of the bag, it doesn’t have a bunch of soap packed in it. It’s just a body exfoliator that is very easy to wash all of the soap out of, and wring all the water out of. It’s internal structure is open enough so that I can spray it with alcohol to stop the growth of mold and bacteria, and not have to wonder if it got everywhere. It’s hard enough to break through lotion, and the dirt and grime of the day, but even after hard scrubbing my skin isn’t raw.

They scrub so well... They last forever, only reason you have to throw them is for bacteria reasons.

It's nice to have a natural product. I'm not sure if it's the loofah or the soap I'm using, but I often have to use a lot of soap to get it sudsy. The product itself is medium firmness. It's not super soft, it's not super stiff, it feels exfoliating and I would not recommend applying pressure at all when your scrubbing your body (you don't even need to scrub). Especially around the breasts, I recommend not using this around the breasts so it doesn't scratch the delicate skin. But for the body to properly exfoliate, and having keratosis pilaris (chicken skin) this is helpful to exfoliate. I usually feel so clean after the shower. It takes a bit to soften. Mine arrived with some volume, it wasn't flat, unlike other reviews and easy to puff up. It takes a few minutes for it to get soft and wet under the water, so there is a bit of a prep for the loofah, follow their instructions. It REALLY lasts a long time, I've had this loofah for a few months now and I'm still on the first one. Its staying clean (although it does easily collect hair due to the texture, just make sure to pull your hair out), it's not gunky at all and it's really easy to use. I don't want to go back to other plastic loofahs cause its bad for the envronment and they also feel like they're not doing anything.Be gentle using this loofah. Prep it beforehand, softening it under hot water. Allow it to dry fully. I don't keep it inside of the shower so it's less exposed to humidity and that may be why its lasting a long time as well. Overall, good product, be considerate of its firmness around the breasts. I wouldn't use this on the face.

These honestly have made my skins feel the most smooth and clean. These will be purchased again!

These are amazing! I’ve never used a natural loofah and after coming across information that the plastic ones trap mold really easy I went on the hunt for something new. After using this loofah my skin is so soft and any bumps I might have had are gone! It’s a bit rough the first wash but once you use it the loofah gets softer. I feel more clean than I ever have. It lathers well, doesn’t have a scent to it except your body wash and if you have large hands like I do or are getting one for a man, get this size. I have my eye on the back washer by Almooni but with this loofah I can reach all areas of my back. Buy it! You’ll love it!
