omg this bag is stunning. such good quality, better than expected, top quality, loads of pockets and the padded straps are great too. the best thing is this bag is waterproof water ran straight off it. order this on 9th of feb at 10 pm and it came today on the 11th sooo fast for standard delivery.Absolute deserves a 5 star, best backpack ever, can't wait to start using it for school.

I bought this bag for my daughter to carry her laptop. She loves the bag but it doesn't have a lot of padding at the bottom to protect your laptop. However after leaving this review I was contacted by Dionne from the company who went out of her way to resolve my issue and ensure i was happy with the purchase and outcome. Dionne kept in touch through email and offered me an alternative bag or full refund. She also contacted the manufacturer and relayed my concerns to them. I can honestly say that if you purchase anything from the company you can buy with confidence, as any issues you have will be resolved without question. I love this bag. The quality is excellent. It's well made and very sturdy. I wanted a backpack for travelling on the train that would also be a 'handbag' so that i didn't have to keep swapping bags for different outings. This is perfect. It has lots of secure pockets and is easy to organize. The autumn colours and design are perfect. A must buy for the discerning traveler.

Bought for mother in law to take her stuff to the cricket matches. Says it's right size and fits everything in it. Said her things didn't get wet when it rained.

nice pattern but the fabric all ripped and frayed within a couple of weeks so now my bag is only 1 month old but i already have to buy a new one.

It's strong, pretty and full of pockets. I've used skater and surfer brand rucksacks for years and was worried something cheaper wouldnt stand up next to them. Couldnt be more wrong. I'm expecting first baby so will be excellent nappy and general carry everything but the kitchen sink bag. Also waterproof!!
