Great towel warmer.
I am very happy with this product. Bought it to add hot towels to my massages. It is spacious with two shelves. It is lighter than I expected. Took about 30 min to get the wet towels to heat level of 100°. Seemes to seal very well and is very easy to use.

Dangerous Product – Burning Smell from Day One, Now Completely Unusable
I purchased this towel warmer less than a month ago for my spa business, and from the very first time I plugged it in, it gave off a strong burning smell. I hoped it would stop after the first use, but unfortunately, the issue has only gotten worse. Every time I open it, the burning scent is still there. It clearly seems to have an electrical fault and is not functioning as it should. This is extremely disappointing and concerning, especially for a professional setting. I shipped this product to my spa in Jamaica, and now that the return window is closed, I’m stuck with a product that doesn’t work and could be a potential fire hazard. This is not a cheap or disposable item — I expected it to last and perform safely. I’m kindly requesting a refund or replacement, because this is not just an inconvenience — it’s a safety issue. Please take this matter seriously.

takes a super long time to warm up. I would turn on at least 2-3 hours before needing to use this. But overall really good.

Great size for towels. It is hot enough for towels and stones. It is spacious. It is not too heavy to move. The door seals very well. Wonderful product for the price.

Se fundió la lámpara al mes de uso, donde se puede conseguir una para el reemplazo?

1.- pues no sé si funciona la luz ultravioleta porque no hay manera de verla que funcione 2.- el calentado: solo coloque 4 toallas para prueba y aun asi tardo 1 hora en calentarlas, supongo que si pongo mas va a tardar mayor tiempo 3.-sirve, funciona es lo que ahorita cuenta, cumplio con su funcion de calentar las toallas hasta ahorita
