This tire will fit on the KneeRovers with 7.5 inch tire due to the difference in bearing and axle diameter. This tire has a 1/2 inch bearing diameter compared to 3/8 inch bearing diameter on the 7.5 inch tire.

The Hub width Approx. 2.0", Weight Capacity of the KneeRover = 350 pounds. Tyre Size takes Bicycle tube 12-1/2" X 2-1/4". The person would be better served by going to KneeRover direct. Regards.

Amazon should have this tire available. I have had to replace two of mine. They just wouldn’t hold air and I couldn’t find the leak.
