I have been sooooo wanting to write a review on this lil baby because wow I am so impressed!!! This stuff is super tasty, the real deal, smells and taste just like a pot of chicken you have simmering on the stove. How that is possible I don’t know but yum, no YUM is all I can say!! The ONLY problem with this product is once you try it you can not go back to regular American chicken powder seasoning, it just tastes horrible. I actually tried that last week (I had a jar in the back of my fridge) and can’t figure out how I thought that was adequate at the time. This stuff is so good, I make it like a cup of tea and add a little bit of diced chives or green onion, some garlic powder (or fresh garlic) and even add powdered collagen to this and drink it. Taste so good, feels like your eating a meal. I’m serious!!! Apparently it’s got super tiny pieces of dehydrated chicken in it and as you can see from the pix there isn’t any coloring added so when you add to water it looks just like the real stock you would get from simmering the chicken yourself. I have also made soup out of it, it makes an amazing chicken soup stock which you can then build on wonderfully. As well as I have used it to flavor cooked or sautéed veggies when I do not want to put water or stock in my veggies. The other thing I noticed was the salt factor, it’s very smooth, not over powering on saltiness but ofcourse one can adjust that by using more or less. The saltiness of it tastes better than say if you were to lick bouillon cube and compare it with that saltiness. All around it’s simply a better tasting, higher quality seasoning to use, AND if I haven’t already said it amazingly tastes like REAL chicken. That is something I have never gotten from the standard American chicken stock seasoning. It lasts a long time, I am about to buy another container from this seller. What I like about this product is that you can clearly see how the Asian people take their stock very seriously. This lil baby was the find of the year for me. Trust me you will NOT be sorry with this purchase.

I love this stuff! Sometimes I'm making soup, pasta, or one of those One of a kind efforts where you throw in a little bit of this or a little bit of that. Often when taste testing, I feel like I need a little bit of something and don't quite know what it is. I add some chicken bouillon powder, and flavors seem to fall into place. The first couple times I bought the smaller container and I used it so fast that I finally opted for the 35 oz size.

Great soup booster! If you don't have time to make a really great stock (48 hour simmer, veggie scraps, roasting bones + veg first, aromatics) and just need to do a quick simmer for a few hours, resulting in less flavor - this bouillon can help boost the flavor. It is also nice to sip when you have a sore throat. A little powder, very warm water, touch of honey and it's a great soother.

This is good, especially for some Chinese restaurant dishes like egg drop soup. I thought the MSG would make a bigger different but honestly it doesn't taste that different from standard chicken bouillon powder. I even had to add some extra MSG. So it's definitely tasty but there are comparable/better options for cheaper.

I cook a lot. I’ve used various stock boosters in the past this so far has become my favorite. Like trying any new product it takes a little trial and error to figure out just how much for the flavor you’re going for and so far I found it takes far less of this than some of the other products I’ve been using to get to the flavor profile I’m looking for.

I live this powdered chicken boullion & use it so much. I think i learned about it from Jet Lee tv program.

I was wondering what was missing in my Asian, Chinese food. This product flavor will make you believe your have just ordered out. I’m speaking about my shrimp & rice was great!

I love using it for my arroces guisados. Gives it a good taste.

This was shipped in a paper envelope (not a box). It is a very thin tin container and arrived split along the top seam. Basically when I opened it, a big cloud of chicken powder in an envelope. Damage claims and returns not allowed on this purchase.
