The media could not be loaded.  If I could give this product more than 5 stars I would. Had some issues connecting to WiFi and Roger in customer service helped me resolve the issue quickly. The unit works perfect and Asante has a customer for life. The customer service is hands down the best I’ve seen. Once set up playing shows is a breeze and editing your show is the least complicated you can get, you get an amazing light show without spending thousands of dollars using LOS system. Will definitely buy from Asante again and will recommend highly to everyone!

If I could give 0 stars I would.Paid a fortune for a piece of crap box that won't work.Cuts out on music. Smells burnt. As soon as i plugged it into outlet the lights stopped working ( that id set up to dance).Says it can be cold but only wants to play music indoors.I feel ripped off and right before xmas.It's time consuming to download songs and it does not work.

Works good. Three android app constantly crashes though making adding songs tedious.It has tons of memory for plenty of songs.

Was really excited to get this and try it out. I was tired of the same instrumental songs on my 15 year old yet reliable Mr Christmas light show. I was disappointed that it didn’t come with a stake to steady it in the ground (you can buy it separate).The Bluetooth feature is nice but the automatic light show it uses for Bluetooth is horrible, so after testing that I abandoned that. I uploaded a few songs but found the app to be hard to figure out and each song is considered a show and it takes a bit to add each show.So this year, my first with the TapTap, I didn’t use it outside but decided to test it on our Christmas tree. I used the 20 generic songs to try it and then worked on adding songs I wanted. It took me a few days at a few hours, but I got about 25 shows/songs added. Even though it said it could hold up to 100 songs, I started getting some memory errors around the 25-30 songs added.I used the apps magic feature to create a basic show for each song. It came out decent but didn’t wow me. I will need to work on each song and instrument and get more comfortable with the app.One thing that really sucks is searching for a song to add via the app. The app lists all the songs by alphabetical order. No way to look via artist or album or letter. I have 5000 songs on my phone, so that was very tedious and I hope future updates to the app change that.Once I get better working on the shows and figure out a way to stabilize it outside better, I think it will work well. The speaker itself is really nice, great sound and bass. I can use it with a timer to come on when I want it on and use the internal timer to run the show. When on and not doing the show, all lights are on.UPDATE (2022): I never really found an easy way to use this and am trying to find a buyer on eBay for it

Great product! You can choose any song from iTunes. You just have to buy to song so you have the rights to it. Other than that the speaker is great and my Christmas Lights looked great!

They have the best customer support ever, but the box just doesn’t work. It repeatedly disconnects from WiFi and Bluetooth every other minute. I really wanted it to work. Spoke with their support team multiple times , so nice but couldn’t get it to work😢

I want to make an awesome light display. and this is the start. There are many flaws and issues to it, but as a start it is decent.Some issues:-sometimes the song you upload doesnt line up to the lighting taps you have already recorded.-Sometimes taptap doesnt stay connected to internet (even with fantastic signal strength)-ONLY a phone app, please please add a computer tool.-The app is not precise, so it can be frustrating.It is a fun toy though!
