This heater cover is the second I've ordered. The first was from a different company and the zipper was broken on arrival. After shipping the "cheaper" cover back, I decided to spend a few more dollars and get this one. Great decision!Cover arrived nicely packed. I was surprised by the thickness and quality of the material used. Very strong, waterproof material and heavy duty zippers. Has two air vents near the top of cover and a slip cord tightener at the bottom with a Velcro latch. Nice neutral taupe color.It's a beautiful cover that comes with a lifetime guarantee that can be filled out online. All in all this was a great purchase, I recommend and will buy again from this company if the need arises. The cover is on my heater as I type this and it looks amazing...function and looks and a great price...perfect!

We’ve spent a considerable sum of money redoing our yard this year, including a new cabana with a porch added for an outdoor cooking and entertaining area, and needed to assure we can enjoy it even during the fall and winter, so a nice outdoor heater with cover was important...This cover was an excellent choice to protect our new heater! Great product, fits our heater like a glove...and at a great price!

I have only had and used this cover for about a month now. I received it in a very timely manner. It seems to be of great quality thick material and the zipper as well. It discride as beingable to with and protect against the elements, as it appears to do, minus the wind. I suggest securing the heater so it does not blow over.Good product. Based off a months use, I would recommend.Update: went out two days ago, and the zipper broke.Update2: After the zipper broke, I contacted the seller and informed them of the issue. I received a prompt response and a desirable solution. Though It took two weeks due to back orders, I was/am very pleased with the service I received in addressing this issue.

I love the fact the you have the outdoor heater covers, that fit my heater and I love the price of the merchandise, I love shopping on amazon, amazon is where you can find just about anything, and everything that you need.

Although we received a defective cover originally, after reading my review, the company reached out to me and offered to replace it, free of charge. We received it the other day, just in time for a blizzard. This cover is much better than the original so I am rewriting this review to give it 5 stars. Customer service is excellent. Thank you!!

Although I just received and installed this cover, first impression is; it's a good buy for the money.The material seems strong enough to protect my heater from the wind, rain and elements. Living in Florida with the sun always being a factor on any type of cover, this one seems like it should hold up for a couple of years. The zipper seems durable too.Nice fit from top to bottom and covers the entire heater. Looks nice and not obtrusive. Functional and if it fails in the next 2- 3 years, I'd buy another one. Good value. Buy it...!

Happy with this purchase to protect our patio heater. Durable material and easy to take off and on. My only concern at it has not been test yet is the bottom is not secured for wind. I think a drawstring or some type of strap for the bottom would be an added bonus to secure the cover in the event of a windy day.

I was very pleasantly surprised when we received the patio heater covers. I was very nervous about purchasing these online because the last set that we had were nylon and they started to shred. These items are very heavy canvas and they even have special strings on them so you can tighten them down. I think you can feel very secure in purchasing these covers.
