Quality product at a good price

Understand first that I am not a clinician and my experience is anecdotal. I'm 69 and for several months it seemed to me like I was having a harder time 'spitting out' a long or complicated sentence. It happened often enough that I noticed it. I've been using this product for a few weeks along with another (I won't mention here) and I'm certain that my train of thought is staying on the tracks better when I'm speaking. I know I'm doing better in that regard, absolutely, and I intend to keep using this product.

Easy to take. Capsule. Will no more after I take for a bit no upset.

Unfortunately, I'm one of the people that this causes extreme tiredness. Like a drugged up 4-hour nap kind of tiredness. My understanding is this is because it raises uridine (the 'citi' part of pill). I'm going to try it at night for that reason; and go back to eating eggs with coffee for the choline/energizing aspect. Will update once I try it at night.

I will say that I do believe it is a good product. It helps to give me a mental and physical boost. I started of with 1 caps per day but I had issues when it began to wear off so I did half ( i empty a bit from the capsule) and gradually increase to 1 twice per day. I also used gaba to help maintain stability. I researched nootropics to get help.

Seems to be a good product and hopefully has long term benefits. Excellent service.

Very good, helps with focus. Repeated purchase but have since found exactly the same elsewhere, quite a bit cheaper.
