I own a small moving company and we bought two of these. Were supper pleased keeps mattresses clean while moving. Our straps havent broken but we use a strap under mattress on heavy ones at least. I washed one of these , put it in dryer think it might have shrunk some but it's fine. We are getting a couple more so pleased with them

Goods:The product made the choir of moving my king and queen size mattress much easier.Bad:The loops on one end tore on the first use. The strapping was still attached so it was possible to use the bag as long as you had some grip strength. I inspected where the loop tore and it obviously needed to be triple stitched.To be fair this was in other users reviews that the handles tear easily. The company should consider this and modify. Otherwise they have a great product. I moved a mattress down two flights of stairs with considerable ease with another friend.

Unfortunately, some of the stitching for the handles did rip just a little bit on my first use of this product. This might have been user-error related since we gripped the handle all at once instead of putting our hands through the handle, but that didn't seem like a major deviation from the intended use. It didn't rip completely, so we were still able to use it, and we also still benefitted from the canvas material to reduce friction as we moved the mattress, but this product did not quite meet my expectations. I don't have experience to compare it with its alternatives.

Good quality, great price. The handles seem weak and worried they may tear off from the rest of the carrier. It is working really good for now and our crew loves it! If we have any problems with the handles, i will be sure to post about it.

These should come with every mattress. Worthy investment, especially if you're conning your friends into helping move your stuff for you - AGAIN. Makes even king-size mattresses easy to lift, AND protects the mattress when it inevitably gets set down on the dirty driveway/ground/stairs/wherever. Pair it with a plastic mattress bag for transport and you'll be amazed at how well it travels. (PS - You still need to buy extra pizza for those mover friends).

The Canvas Mattress Carrier worked so well! Carrying a queen sized mattress is an awful, clumsy job, and this mattress cover has handles that made the move so much easier! Would highly suggest this carrier to protect the mattress from dirt and tearing.

A strap broke literally the first time I used it, pretty frustrating
