I have just added mosaic to my outdoor pizza oven, can I use this as the grout in between and is it fire- resistant?

Certainly this grout is not fireproof

for a 2 mm joint what is the coverage please?

May I suggest that you check the website all the information you are asking and more is detailed there. It is also on the bag but of course you won't see that until you buy it. Good luck. We found it to be a good product.
