This is not the sherbati or bansi kind, just regular whole wheat chakki atta.

how long are pre-maid rotis fresh for

A day or two....its not good that u eat the third day as well....even u can make it like 30 to 40 rotis n freeze it .n take out 5-6 rotis every third day and slightly heat it up when u are about to eat it

Is this flour from the usa? where was the wheat grown?

I'm pretty sure it was grown in India and packaged in the US. I do not have the bag to look it up, however.
