The Mila has more curves in it's design and is slightly larger than the Emma. It also has the added padding below the head rest.

Q: Could this be used to shampoo clients in?

No, not with the head rest in the way. Sorry, as the client would be in an uncomfortable way trying to scoot up. The lever is in the back of the chair, so it’s not feasible to lower and raise it easily from the side.

The products used to make this chair is cheap and the chair only lasted me a year and a half. Please do not invest your money in this chair if you are looking for a long term investment. Please look at pictures
