It’s a bridge
The regular bridge looked almost identical to one I was replacing. The threaded hole was was little smaller than the original, but I was able to get if fully threaded onto cue stick. For the X looking bridge, this is new to me so not sure exactly why or when to use as compared to the regular bridge. The price for both these items was reasonable, and easily comparable to just a single bridge; so, I believe it was worth the cost.

the kids broke the tip off the bridge and I wasn't sure where to look for a replacement. this solves the issue! great quality and feels very well made.
