For the price , it need to be better .
Actually I ordered this product after recomendation from a friend. He ordered the same product and it's quality, build quality are good. The outer surface was velvet like cloth. But the one I bought the outer is stitched with rough clothes, which is not comfortable while you rest your neck. The product need improve A lot. It's not worth the price. Thats my honest opinion.

Great service on update - Causes pain, too expensive, non-returnable category
UPDATE: After my review, the seller contacted me and gave a different car neck pillow which is more suited to me. Full marks for excellence in service and customer sensitivity. I have shipped the old product back as well. New product is thinner. It’s not really memory foam. Besides it’s too big and pushes head and neck out at an uncomfortable angle causing neck pain. The seller has put this pillow in Health Equipment category which makes it non-returnable item. Not worth the money nor effective in its claims of reducing your pain.
