OPUS Aroma Sense AS-701 Aromatherapy Vitamin C Handheld Shower Head, Large, Silver

We purchased one of these about 8 years ago from a vendor at a trade show. When we moved (about 3 years ago), we left it in the house, and have missed it since. Finally I decided to see if I could find a replacement and was thrilled to find them here. We ordered one for each bathroom. Both my wife and I are very happy to have this shower head again.These shower heads have a wonderful combination of solid spray pressure, with a gentle and soft feel, plus the lovely aroma. I'd buy these just for the way the water feels coming out of the shower head. The spray is super soft and reminds me of an infant's hair brush...super gentle, while still having plenty of pressure. The spray pattern is not adjustable.The replacement scent cartridges are expensive, as are the replacement filters, which can be a deterrent for many. The filters do not need to be replaced very often, maybe every couple of years depending on the quality of your water.

This is my second Aroma Sense Shower Head. I have loved them, but they just don't hold up. My first lasted a little over a year and it cracked making it unusable. This one lasted a year and 5 months. With this one, the shower plate and ring started popping off while showering. Luckily we weren't injured, but it kind of shoots off and could hurt someone. After the first time it happened I thought maybe I hadn't threaded the ring properly after changing the filter pad, but it happened 2 more times, so we don't use it anymore. I think the issue is that the shower head is plastic and it just can't withstand the pressure (which is amazing) after time. I didn't notice any skin or hair changes from the vitamin C but I enjoyed the scent. We have old plumbing and the filter removed a lot of gunk, which was great. Not sure I'll purchase another. It's kind of expensive to only last about a year. And I did contact Aroma Sense directly after the ring popped off the first time and didn't get a response. :(

I love the Vitamin C filter. The problem I have is the Vitamin C, gets stuck, plugs up, and is wasted on the white shower head filter. Vitamin C filters are not cheap! I live in an older apartment, second floor, water pressure is not the best. I had to remove the white round filter for those 2 reasons. It should be redesigned so the white filter (to remove toxins) is in the handle and the vitamin C filter is in the head. Now that I have removed white filter, the shower head has excellent water pressure. After time some of the holes get clogged in the water stream, but when I take it apart and wash it, the stream is lovely again. This is my second purchase in about 18 months, the cheap plastic gets old and breaks where the handle opens from the head. Too expensive for cheap plastic, and bad filter design, but I love the stream and Vitamin C.

Had to return the item because the cheap plastic broke. I was corrected by them that it was made in South Korea not China. It would have been a good item if it was made of steel. The price should be half the price since it's not. it smelled nice while it worked.I was given a return authorisation by them right away, good. But had to track it down and email for them to actually issue the refund, it showed recived but I had not seen the refund. Don't like chasing things down, Lame.

I have very light blonde hair with extensions and it is hard to keep the color bright due to the amount of chlorine in the water at my condo. This product not only smells great in the shower but also the vitamin c cancels out chlorine, so it essentially saves the color of my hair from turning green. It is a must have if want smooth skin and bright blonde hair. I change the filter religiously =)Just be sure to have the proper shower equipment to attach this to, it only comes with the shower wand (filters) and a cord. So you will need to have the shower holder and nozzle already installed. As far as putting this part together it is very easy, no need to enlist hubby's help or a handy man.

It took 1 minute to install and away we go. The shower has a very light touch but plenty of spray. I like how it feels and all the women that try it love it. Voted by the women in the house as the best feeling shower ever. They were amazed. The aromatherapy is just icing on the cake. But really nice.Thinking of getting a second one for the other bathroom.This unit is great.

The hand held shower broke and I only bought it 4 months ago...and it seems that there is no way to get a replacement. I had the regular aroma shower for years, so I am sad that there is no way to get a new one...

I got the large shower head, and it's pure luxury...at home! I wonder why I have lived with a regular shower head all these years.
