I’m not sure why 41% of reviewers liked this dish enough to give it 5 stars, but I didn’t. I so very much wanted to like these meals, but this is the second one I’ve tried and the second one I don’t like. On occasion, I’ve made cabbage rolls myself - as has my boyfriend, but they never tasted like this. The sauce is not supposed to be sweet. It’s supposed to be the same sauce you would put on pasta. This sauce is not that. It’s way too sweet and takes away from the marinara taste. True cabbage rolls have cooked rice mixed in with the beef before folding into a cabbage leaf. These don’t have any rice. I’m still trying to fathom how some said this was so good they planned on ordering more. They must never have had homemade cabbage rolls, because if they did, they would never eat these again. Besides that, this was way too expensive. $13.00 for 2 very small cabbage rolls. A hungry man would have to eat 6 of these to be satisfied. I ate the 2 in the package and 10 minutes later I was looking for something else. For less than $13, I can get 1/4 pounder burger on a hard roll with everything on it, a large order of fries with brown gravy, and a large root beer float. This doesn’t even come close.

BEEF STUFFED CABBAGE
This ready to eat meal is great to have on hand. After trying this dish, I’m satisfied, but I believe that I should have selected the similar meal made with chicken rather than this one made with beef.

Sugary!?
Finally got to try this this evening. Heated up well in 3 minutes. Cabbage is OK and nice and tender. Filling was OK too. But the tomato gravy's main flavor is sugar!? Come on, really? Sweet enough to make my teeth hurt like I had sipped sweet tea. Won't be ordering again.

do not recommend
Taste was just a little below OK. Price was way too high for the quality and quanity.

A classic Jewish dish.
Very tasty stuffed cabbage, sweetish the way my mother used to do it, you boil some potatoes to have a side dish and everyone is happy. Maybe the amount of food it was rather at the skimpy side.

soupy and bland
It's too soupy and has no flavor. That's my opinion.
