RETURNED. Low Quality and arrived defective.I was SUPER excited to use this item since its my first essential oil diffuser and had such awesome reviews here so ordered it, but I am so disappointed in this diffuser.However, upon receiving the item, I unboxed it and noticed that there was a slight crack but didn't think too much of it. When I plugged it in, the lights were working great, but the mist part was BROKEN. I lifted the cap and just saw water bubbling. I left it on for a few minutes to see if it needed some warming up. Nothing. It is way to loud but with no mist, I'm highly disappointed with this product and returned it.

The product is excellent very easy to use the mist fragrance what we add delivers performance only thing is that it shuld have remote and it shuld be on battery too when light goes ... They shuld update this product with all this special feature. The colours are mind blowing...

Fused Diffuser!
Worked just once then refused to switch on. Have previously purchased the exact same item and it is still working perfectly fine. Very disappointed at being sent a dud product and expect a replacement or refund.

Best from the rest
Very nice for the room of around 300 to 400 sq ft...automatic changes light,easy to operate,add water,u also get a capacity indicator water cup, beautiful....m loving it

Doesn't Put Out Enough
Had this diffuser only a day and it stopped working. The buttons are not working properly. Both buttons are pushedin and machineis very hard to turn on. I never use the light portion of the diffuser, only the diffuseron button and they are both depressed in and not working properly. Very disappointed that the product only lasted in a day. Try some other brand.

Didn't work at all!
I am really disappointed with this diffuser. It got such rave reviews and it didn't work for me. I got it up and running and then turned it off. I came home to use it again and it just stopped working. Plugged in and wouldn't turn on in multiple outlets. I really disappointing. Wasted my money and time.
