The black is invisible.
Get the black, it’s nearly invisible.Hire my flowerbeds to keep the deer from eating them. Easier than the stinky spray. It’s much easier if you have a second person so they can pull on the other end of it to spread it out.

Installation tip: Its easy peasy
Used this on a cherry and apple tree. The stated width is fully stretched but you don't want to rely on a full stretch, assume 80% of width to be good. The key here is not to go OVER the top but wrap it around the tree working your way up. Make sure you overlap a little; I used garden tape to keep the first layer in place. After the first layer start working your way up. I ended up with a bundle at the top that I cut off with a pair of shears. The nice thing about this is I can walk under the edge to harvest (it drapes down about 3-4 feet from the trunk and about 4-5 feet off the ground). If you have rodents use a tree collar on the trunk. Make sure it's long enough to wrap around; this length was good for a 10' x 8' fruit tree (any larger and you will want a longer one).

garbage,,,, avoid it,
absolute garbage. dont even bother with this stuff. It comes as a rope and pretty much stays that way. the dimentions are questionable as you must really stretch it out to get the advertised dimentions. Avoid this product, buy anything other than Chinese garbage. I am getting really fed up with Amazon letting this crap into our country.
