It kept me conscious of what I'm eating and chewing, being in the moment. This means i ate slowly this making my brain and digestion stay in sync with my food. And since these are fiber rich it kept me from grabbing any other food that are empty calories. I always get the shell version because it feels like you are chewing slower as well as getting mouth exercise. Highly recommend to stock up on these for a better healthy snack solution.I incorporated this snack to my intermittent fasting and daily walks to up to an hour(10,000-12,000 steps) and I lose .5 to 1lb every week if I don't slack on my schedule. Try it!

This product is good; however, I made a mistake claiming that this item, along with the Omega 3 and another pill wasn't at the rack. But yesterday, I check again, and I found on other rack. So. I got the product.

I will buy them with no shell from now on, unless you enjoy peeling them it’s not worth it, 1lb yielded 9.4oz which came up to about 0.79 cents per ounce, I can get them for less than that with no shells.

Great tasting pistachios.

This is good price for a big bag. And I love the fact it's no Salt, hard to find in the store. I can eat quite bit and not feel too thirsty
