Can this be disassembled to travel in a suitcase?

No. Once assembled, it is not disassemble.

How well would you say the wringing out feature is? I don’t expect dry, but is it still super wet?

The wringing out feature is utterly and completely unwell. It takes forever to drain out, first of all, and the you have wring out the sopping wet laundry by hand. The feature is pretty much useless.

How does the lavario spin water out of clothes? I realuze you rinse as much as you would need to get soap out of clothing, but ring out?

It does not spin the water out. You can move the clothes from the washer basket to the bucket and press down on them with the basket. This produces moderate results and you will want to wring them anyway so I don't bother.
