I bought this to replace an old and worn single bed and was very surprised by the size of the package. Everything is stored inside the headboard.The instructions were easy to follow and I was able to put the bed together by myself over an hour or so. This bed has also been moved in the room twice since it was first put together and it is not loose or needed and bolts tightening.This is a low bed and it is also an extremely comfy one, I read in bed and the headboard is high enough for me to lean against without my head resting on the wall behind.I find the bed is a sturdy one, I am not so sure about a child using it if they tend to jump into bed as I think this could possibly damage the slats, but that could be said of any slatted base bed.I think this looks great and the quality is very good, everything lined up and the instructions were easy to follow. It has been in use now for a few months and I would definitely recommend it.

Super happy with this black faux leather single bedframe.- I was easily able to follow instructions (drawings and text in English) and assemble it with a bit of help from a child.- All screws fit in perfectly and all parts are really well made.- Tools provided.- The bed looks very sturdy and has a solid metal frame in the middle, supporting the mattress.- The bed has 4 plastic legs in the corners and 3 metal legs in the middle. That should be enough to support an adult.The design is very clever and all parts arrived in one square box, the size of a headrest (zipped inside the headrest).I definitely recommend this bed and I hope you find this review useful.

Arrived a day early, so can't complain. I liked how everything was packed into the headboard. Wasn't expecting much for the price, but it was bought for my 2 year old and seems more than sturdy enough for him. Some of the holes for the screws didn't line up completely so it was a bit of a nightmare to build but managed it on my own. I personally wouldn't use it long term for an adult, but for a child or occasional use it seems to be okay value for money.

Excellent bed, easy to assemble and well priced.

Bought two single black bed frames. Arrived packed in plastic and cardboard. Bed frame is stored in headboard for transit, just needs unzipped to locate items. Instructions are clear and is quick and easy to put together. Low level bed frame has feet at each corner, support at centre of each side and 3 supports for middle of bed base, helps make it more sturdy. Wooden slats fit neatly into the sides, openings covered by fabric to keep it looking tidy. Single 3ft mattress fitted perfectly. Would recommend.

I already have a very similar bed to this for my eldest, this new bed is actually easier to assemble than the other one but still takes time and is quite tricky on your own. Having said that once assembled it looks good, sits low to the ground which is important when it's the little ones first bed. It comes in a very compact package when delivered and is fantastic value for money, but I'm not sure if it would last if being used by a large adult it would probably depend on what kind of mattress you are using.
