Works like a dream
This has been a nearly perfect replacement for our household oven. It's smaller inside than an oven obviously so we needed to aquire bakeware that was small enough to suit this oven. Other than that, it's been perfect.Heats quickly, cooks thoroughly, maintains even temp during cooking, all features that we have used so far have been great. The easy removal and clean drip/catch tray is an excellent touch for this oven. Many do not have such an easily accessible feature.Multiple shelf levels allows for a wide variety of things to be made using this oven.As a habit I wiped down the interior of the oven upon arrival and ran it through a preheat of 450°F. This action removed that all too common "New Appliance" smell which often occurs with the first 1-4 uses. Since then we have had zero issues with unpleasant odors. The glass door will be HOT when in use and for a few minutes afterwards. This is fully UNDERSTANDABLE and COMMON sense. That's what the handle on the door is for.To pull out the racks I recommend getting an oven rack puller as they are easy to use, can pull out and push in the hot racks with ease and come in a variety of materials and styles to suit any kitchen aesthetic. This model is brushed stainless steel in appearance, easy to wipe down on the outside (and inside) therfor doesn't clash with anything in our kitchen. Also no need to worry about stained or flaking exterior paint/color this way.The interior light feature is wonderful. It is well lit to see the entire oven contents.

Excellent Oven, Broiler, good starting accessories, great price. FAST and consistent cooking.
Why did you pick this product vs others?:Because it was 25% off during Prime Days and had good views, was the size I needed, and my 7yr old KitchenAid knob broke so I could not change it from oven to anything else. I was not looking for air fryer function, yet it could do 13" pizza, broil at 500, had really good reviews, and I watch few professional videos on using it.What surprised me was HOW well it works. Its so much faster than my older convection toaster oven. The biggest shock, it browns chicken nuggets and onion rings better than air fryer without oil buildup. After a few more weeks, I might chuck my air fryer and regain some counter space.

Gets hot hot hot
This countertop convection oven is the perfect size. It cranks as far as heat/temp inside but does not get too hot outside, which is nice. It’s surprisingly large inside. I like that it takes up less room on the counter and cooks better than the popular, more expensive brand that I have used for decades. Air fryer function works great. Toasts good too, and gets hot. There are many features, and the buttons are easy to read/use. The best features are . . . It does not light up the whole house at night when not in use . . . AND . . . wait for it. . . you can turn the hideous button beeping noise off. TG!! My only negative is that when you open the door, it bounces back up a little and can burn you, and the rack sometime dips down when you pull it out which you have to watch. Otherwise it is great and well worth the money.

Finally a multi function toaster oven that lasts
Updated Review:We originally bought this in January 2023 and I wanted to give an update that we have been using this air fryer for 20 months now. We usually run it multiple times a day (usually in the morning for breakfast sausages and lunch for chicken nuggets and then occasionally in the evening for salmon or steak if the weather isn't good for grilling) and it is still going strong. Needs a good cleaning, but other than that it is still in great shape.Original Review:When we moved to our new house, I wanted to get an air fryer and settled on getting a multi-function toaster oven that could air fry. This was our third fryer in 2 years. The previous 2 only lasted around 6 months each.Hopefully not jinxing myself, but it has now been 14 months and this one is still going strong. We use it daily for breakfast for toasting bread, bagels, cooking breakfast sausages, etc. We also use it daily at lunch as our toddler will only eat chicken nuggets for lunch. And we probably use is on average 1 day a week at nighttime to cook part of a dinner in (salmon fillet, steaks in wintertime, home fries, roasted veggies). Long story short, we use it a lot.I love the temperature probe for cooking meats. Works great. No guessing or continually having to stop, take it out, and check it. You just look over at the display and see where you are at and can easily enough estimate how much longer. The controls took a little bit of getting used to. They were not the most intuitive and I had to actually read the instruction manual. But after a couple weeks it is now very easy to use.Love the removable crumb bin on the bottom. Makes cleaning it very easy. There are these bars around the heating elements. I assume they are there to help protect them from getting hit, but they are a pain to clean when everything gets dirty. Burned on oil and grease are really hard to clean off without scratching the element's glass with the steel wool. From the trial and errors and the other machines that failed, I learned that you don't want a unit that has the coil power going through the mode selection knob. When you realize you are in the wrong mode and switch modes while the power is on, you burn the contacts off. Pretty sure several people in my household were doing that even though I told them not to and that is how our 2nd toaster died. The second was to have the controls on the side of the machine and not the top. I think the top gets too hot being over the oven and that is what killed our first toaster.
