The product was just as advertised and being primed made finishing the job much easier.

These grooved cedar shingles were amazing! Very well packaged/boxed, well-made with perfectly uniform edges and sides - and grooves that matched my 60-year old home's original shingles perfectly. Once new paint is applied, I don't expect you'll be able to notice the placed we patched. Love, love, LOVE this product. BTW, the online price is not cheap, but still 30-35% less than the price of the same shingles (maybe the same?) available locally. So happy to have purchased....they were a joy to work with.

These shingles were a perfect match for 72 year old (1953) existing siding. They covered an old windows opening during a remodel. Once painted, it's hard to see them from the original.

Very good quality shingles. Zero defect and splits. Good assortment. I over ordered as a result. Zero wastage.

Good but WAY TOO EXPENSIVE

This is same as what I found at a local lumber store but better price. Shipping was supe fast. Only a few unusable pieces out of 600 sqft.

We are finishing a rather extensive remodel to the outside of our home, My wife and I really wanted the Primed, side wall shake look to the outside of our circular staircase, we started by having our siding contractor attempt to install them, but I ended up doing it myself, these shingles that we bought from you are far better in quality of the wood used and the primer is superior to what we started with. the promptness of the delivery was also a huge plus. Exact replacement on any house with western red cedar shake shingles. Nice assortment of sizes ranging from about 4 inches to over a foot. My box arrived promptly with five cracked shingles, but these were easily trimmed to minimize waste. I recommend the pre-primed for a few dollars more. The primed requires less stain than unprimed.
