I love McCormick spices. I have started making my own spice blends to keep all the fillers and unnecessary items out. It's also cheaper to blend your own. Just make sure you get the large bottles. You'll go through the smaller ones to fast and wind up spending more. Fast delivery and spice is nice and fresh

I was surprised how fine the garlic power is. It is very fine. Not quite flour but close. The powder does have a garlic taste. I do not try to shake out the powder. I take off the lid and get what I need.

Nice flavor, the texture is very very fine (like confectioners sugar) which makes it challenging to work with. It is difficult to get it sprinkled evenly and it wafts into the air. Will finish using it since it tastes good but going back to granulated.

Finally something that tastes like real garlic. I am 70 years old and remember when the fresh garlic cloves had a bite. Today’s grocery store garlic has little taste. The only thing I found that has taste was garlic paste which is expensive, until I found this. Personally I use a lot of garlic I have no problem with the size. Additionally I keep it in the freezer anyway to avoid the clumps. I can’t express my happiness with finding a quality garlic powder.

Love Mccormick products but you have to keep in mind that the culinary is a little more potent than regular garlic powder, so don't use as much.

great garlic flavor. not salty or roasted-tasting. no sandy texture, very soft and blends immediately. the great garlic flavor I was looking for in just about everything, especially bread and pasta and sauces. this is it! won't waste anymore money trying brands that can't deliver. the McCormick Culinary line has won my business. worth every penny. will buy again, would offer to a friend who loves to cook. I bought another product from the Culinary line, tarragon. again, had the great flavor I knew was out there somewhere, but I wasted money on other brands in the search. this was green, fragrant, flavorful and alive! not a dusty dry herb trashed with sticks and twigs. It can be so discouraging to try new dishes when the seasonings let you down. this is it!
