may I know the height?

The height of the gate is approximately 75 cm

Our width is 80cm - 84cm, so which size range do I choose ? as both these values do not appear in the same range . Seller please offer some advice.

I got the munchkin it fits in my door great

Where can I buy the 7cm extension? I cant find anything on amazon. Does it need to be same brand to fit securely

you generally find that suppliers buy the item from a maker who then will brand them for the supplier. So although it says Munchkin the same item can be under different brand names. Have a look on you tube.

What is the distance between each of the rails?

The distance between each rail is five and a half centimeters
