Q: How much should you add to 90 gallons?

Hello, We recommend using 1-3 fl oz per gallon. At the lowest suggest use level of 1 fl oz, you would use 90 fl oz or 5.6lbs of Craft Puree. If using at its highest suggested use level of 3 fl oz, then you would need 270 fl oz or 16.8lbs of Craft Puree. Thank you. Best, Valerie Amoretti

Q: how long does it last once opened and does it need to be refrigerated after opening?

Hello, Our Passion Fruit Craft Puree does not require refrigeration. It is shelf stable up to 65 degrees room temperature. Best by date is dependent on the manufacture date of the product. We can give you a more accurate answer if you can provide the lot # which should be printed on the jug.
