Nice combination of serrapeptase and nattokinase. I use it to "eat" scarring from radiation. I like proteolitic enzymes and I believe they help. I also like the Solaray brand.

I can't say it does do anything or not,because I didn't take it for long enough.Two weeks into taking it every morning,it started to give me bad heart burn so I stopped taking it.
