This plyo box is very sturdy and well made! I use it at home for hip thrusts and Bulgarian split squats and it doesn't dig into my back or foot at all. Would buy again!

I can’t say enough good things about this plyo jump box, it’s absolutely perfect in every way! The size is just right, the weight is ideal, and the quality is top-notch. The stability is outstanding, giving me complete confidence during every jump and workout. I had previously purchased two other plyo boxes from different brands, but both fell short in terms of quality and stability, so I had to return them. This thing is very well built, sturdy and stable. If has a rugged exterior cover with a zipper closure. It is padded, but not what I would call squishy. I can tell there is a solid structure (aka - box) inside. If I did a box jump and missed the box, it would be better on my shin, for example, than a solid box, but would still be a rough miss. Plyo boxes like these seem like a solid box padded with something like carpet foam and then an outer cover. Alternatively, but much more expensive are the stackable soft foam plyo boxes - those are bulkier and expensive, but if you want shin safety, they are best - otherwise - this REP box gets used in my home gym 3 days a week and I do like it. A little softer would be better in my view.

Great addition to my garage gym. Sturdy build and lets me get my box jumps, hip thrusts, and so on that I could not before.
