Simple puzzle, unique cuts, supplied photo in box is accurate to puzzle, not outsize image on box
A few people noticed the picture on the outside of the box is different than the actual end result. The outside of the box shows barely any of Central Park while the actual puzzle goes further North to around 90th street. For the people irritated by this, there is a supplementary image provided with the puzzle that also has a paragraph describing the expected slight variation around the outside border of the puzzle caused by the cutting process (separate issue). There are weird shapes and cuts to the pieces of this puzzle adding some difficulty to it. Some may not like this, I have found it refreshing. In fact, given the simplicity of matching roads and continuous lines, this unique cut pattern adds another level of complexity to an otherwise simple puzzle. Enjoy it, check out the many other NYC puzzles on Amazon once you finish it.

It's all there and fun
I read the reviews that mentioned the image on the cover did not exactly match the edges of the puzzle and that is true. That did not upset my enjoyment of the puzzle - maybe because I was expecting it. All of the pieces were there. The pieces are not completely interlocking and the cuts are a bit irregular. It was fun and I had to use the box photo to get some of it done. I know there are those who call using the picture “cheating.” I just call it fun!

Interesting puzzle pieces.
I really liked the shape of the pieces. They aren’t uniform in shape so made it challenging - especially when putting together the Hudson and East Rivers. It was a great activity for me and my wife to share, and a great way to relax.
