TXM-15CP Stainless Steel Little Chick Commercial Manual Meat Press with 15" Platens, 18" Width x 17-7/8" Height x 28-1/4" Depth

We used it once a week to smash chicken thighs(3 at a time) 120-160lbs worth and it was working fine but after 6 months the support arm that is welded to the base to press against has completely broken off the base and it appears to of only been partly welded on instead of being fully connected. I'm going to try and weld it back on. Pretty disappointed in the poor design of how it's attached. Should be either fully welded on top and bottom or a solid part of the base

Performs exactly as expected, turned a process that took 10 hours into 2.Don't let that one star review sway you, just because that guy was too incompetent to do independent research to find what was suitable for his needs and he hires what are apparently 12 year olds with no arm strength as kitchen staff (someone call the labor department) deter from the fact that this is a machine that gets the job done for cheap while you decide if a full version is right for you.For the price point you get to try out a solid piece of equipment that allows burgeoning business to test the waters before jumping head first into multi-thousand dollar purchases.

Very difficult to press the meat thinly as I needed it. You must apply a good amount of force to use it. Not all kitchen staff was able to use it. I attempted to return it to Amazon but had missed the 30 day return policy by 2 days. :(

This thing works VERY well. It's sturdy and quick. It's also VERY heavy - still portable but it's at least 50 lbs. And because of the swivel action, it's heavy AND awkward to carry.Even though I like it, I still think it's a bit too expensive considering it's a simple, manual machine. But it saves tons of time and effort so it's worth it.

Dead on arrival. I didnt open it until 1 month later. The entire machine was bent out of shape. The problem is that the box seems fine
