I never noticed a "used by date" on the box or the bottle itself. I'm overseas this week but I will look to see if there is a "used by date" when I return.

There is no use by date on the bottle, and I tossed the packaging away months ago. I can say with certainty that the perfume smells fresh. I've purchased it in stores In the past, and there was no difference in fragrance. Often perfumes sitting around have an old smell, that was not the case here. Sorry I couldn't be more helpful!
