What is the difference in 9 M and 9?

The difference is that the 9 M is a 9 Medium. Medium is dealing with the width.

My feet are 11 inches and I wear a size 11 in female flip flops usually so which size should I get hun?

These are true to size and you could possibly go a half size down. They also have a wide option

If my foot width is between 5 inch and 6 inch and my foot length is between 10 inch and 11 inch then which size should I get sweetie?

Not sure about your foot width, My foot width is 4 inch and I got a size 12. But for the length we have same foot length and a size 12 worked perfectly.
