I bought two of these for my dogs Ginger and Paige. Both are 10 lb papillons. Ginger hates car rides, Paige loves them. If it were up to them, they’d be sitting on the driver’s lap the whole ride. These seats are easy to install, comfortable, stylish and ensure they can’t roam about the car while I’m driving.I put soft blankets in the bottom to make it more comfortable. I also attach the lead to a harness that they wear, NOT their collars. In the event of an accident, an attached collar would possibly choke or kill the dog.In fact, I was moved to write this review because I’m convinced these seats saved my dog’s lives. A few days ago I was rear-ended pretty badly and both pups were strapped into their booster in the back with their harnesses. We were all jerked forward and back pretty violently. My dogs, although definitely freaked out, were physically safe. One of the straps on the seat snapped from the impact, but since there are multiple points of attachment to the car, the booster stayed in place. Great design!I’ve been teased a bit about being a crazy dog lady with car seats for my dogs, but it’s worth it to know my pups are safe!

I bought this so my dog doesn’t slip around in my car. He loves it! It’s a bit flimsy but it works great when he’s in it. I opted for a seat that doesn’t necessarily “booster” him because I’m uncomfortable with the idea of him being injured by the air bags just in case. It was easy to install. I didn’t think the product had any smell and it worked well in my front and back seat (see pictures). Zippy gives it two paws up!😁

My dog really loves this car seat, but the straps are VERY slack and slippery, I'll probably sew them in place once I get the seat fitted into my car properly, because I don't fully trust how slippery the straps are, and I wish the strap that attached to the dog's harness could get shorter.Aside from maybe wanting to put down some strong threads to keep the straps from slipping too much, it's been easy to install, and my dog does stay put in it, I'm not worried about her flying all over the place during a drive.However the biggest downside to this product is that it came smelling absolutely horrible and incredibly strongly of cigarettes and chemicals. It's so bad I've had to banish it outside and I've hit it with every de-stink spray I can think of, but the smell isn't lifting yet. It also came stained in some places. I bought this product new.I'm giving it a 3/5 because I'll have to doctor some of the straps, and took another star off for just how badly it smells.

My pup really loves this car seat - For reference, he is 6lbs, the seat is slightly large for him (great for moving around) but I added a dog bed for a little more comfort. As you can see, he loves the seat. He made himself comfortable very quickly.The product looks well made and came very quickly - For the money this was a great purchase. My only small complaint I that the corners (where the bars come together) don’t always line up very well - Over time or with a heavier pup, I could see this becoming an issue for my leather seats.All in all pretty happy.

This was so easy to assemble. I didn't even have to read the instructions to figure out how to assemble it. I purchased the blue colored with white and blue stripes. It has excellent quality materials and looks like you spend a good amount of money on it. It definitely will not look cheap inside of your car . Our dog loves it! He even falls asleep inside of it while we are driving to places. I would definitely purchase another one if I had to, but I believe since the item is made with good quality materials I probably will not need to buy another one for quite a while. Since I didn't read the instructions, just a week ago I noticed it has a zipper pocket in the front where you can store away things for your pet. You can fit a leash, a ball, a collapsible water bowl, and even clothing for your pet in the pocket.On a side note if anyone wants to use this carrier for something else like carrying food or other items this is definitely a good buy for that as well. For example anyone out there doing Uber Eats or Postmates you can actually purchase this to carry your pickups so that they are not bouncing around everywhere.

I am not satisfied with this carrier/car seat. My puppy weighs less than 5 pounds and the seat bunches up in the middle, it tilts from one side to the other side causing the side rods to keep sliding out; it is not stable and is NOT SAFE FOR MY DOG! It kept sliding down and resting on the seat because all of the support straps are too long. I tried wrapping them around the head rest several times, but it did not stop the straps still slip nor solve the stability problems. Not sure what the strap in the middle of the seat is for, as it is not shown on the instructions and if it is to be used as a seat belt for the dog's harness, it does not work because it is not in a good location and is so long the dog can get out of the seat with it attached to his harness. I loved the look of the seat, the price and the smell dissipated quickly; but in my opinion the cheap price is a reflection on the quality of the product. Save yourself some time and move on to something better.I wanted others to know that I did contact the company and they responded with a request to send pictures. Unfortunately, after I sent the pictures of the seat showing the problems; they did not respond. I am contacting Amazon to return.

This was easy to set up. I like that the bottom of the carrier sits on the chair seat and doesn't hang from the neck of the seat. My 10lb Havanese fits easily. He can stand or lie down. The edges are sturdy for him to prop himself up to look out the windows. I drive him everyday and it's easy to take him in and out of. I had a similar animal planet carrier prior to this but it was smaller, cheaper, and attracted lots of fur and dirt. That old carrier's fabric ripped after a few months. I like this product much better because it is very sturdy and easy to clean. The stripe design also looks nice in the car.
