Works perfectly for viewing large docs
I keep spreadsheets and pdf documents on this flash drive and it works perfectly to view them on my iPhone without taking up storage space. I also backed up my contacts and photos.

I must be missing something!
UPDATE: The seller was very responsive and emailed several times to resolve this issue. I would not hesitate to purchase. In the unlikely event you experience the issue I did at least you know the seller will make it right.This flash drive came without any instructions whatsoever. Several reviewers have mentioned downloading an app and a scan code on the side of the box to download a user guide. There is ZERO information on the box or in the box for that matter. No scan code anywhere. It might work great but who knows without the needed information. I guess I will be returning this.

After trying three different units, 2-64G and 1-32G I finally got one to work properly. I did find out that the 32G had a longer Lightining plug than the 64G by .042 thousands and it allowed the unit to talk to both my USB and Lightning connectors properly. The seller was extremely helpful about getting the unit to work and I thank him. As it turns out it works easily and it will make transferring images much easier.Phil Hermann

Not both Android and iPhone
The description makes it sound like one flash drive will have both an android and iPhone adapter to upload to. It only had an iPhone adapter.

Works Just As Described
This is the third flash drive I have purchased for my iPhone. The other two would not even load the software. This one is the bomb. Sturdy, easy to use, and held all of my photos and contacts. If you have ever had a phone crash and lost all your info, it's a nightmare. Trust me, you won't regret this purchase.

My wife and I absolutely love this flash drive. It’s great for transferring pictures and files to and from devices. The app is very user friendly and easy to navigate. I highly recommend this flash drive.

Easy, fast way to transfer data between an iPhone and an iMac
This review is for the 32GB USB Flash Drive for Mobile Phone - Multi Connector [3-in-1] External Memory Stick using the iUSB Pro App. The USB 3.0 flash drive includes Lightning, USB-A and USB micro connectors. It fits the iPhone Lightning socket, even when the phone has a case. The "32 GB" version is supplied already formatted to MS-DOS (FAT32), so can handle files of up to 2 GB each. It was supplied with a 1.3 MB user manual already installed. The "32GB" version I received had an unused capacity of 31.07 GB. It was moderately fast, having a consistent and repeatable read speed of 29.05 MB/sec and a write speed of 12.01 MB/sec. This is relatively slow for a "USB3" device (I have other "3.0 flash drives that will transfer data at 110 MB/sec., but for most applications this drive is "fast enough".The case is solid metal and is nicely machined. The USB and Lightning connectors fit snugly and make good, reliable contact. I didn't use or test the micro USB connector, but it appears to be well made.The App is not fancy, but is very practical and is stable on my iPhone. It allows easy camera roll back-up, transfer of most common file formats between a phone and a computer, and also provided additional phone memory anytime needed. Still photos and Video files can be directly stored to the external "3 in 1" External Memory" flash drive if necessary.The rotating body can provide effective physical protection for the fragile Lightning connector. Using it that way uncovers teh USB connector, so the use of a slip-on USB connector cover can be helpful in keeping dust and dirt out of the USB connector. I've already added one such clear plastic slip-on cover to my "3 in 1" drive.UPDATE: 8/23/2019 This USB/Lightning flash drive is still functioning perfectly on my iPhone and IMac. For large image files Approximately 6 to 8 Mbytes each the write speed on a USB -3 port is now averaging 23.7 MB/sec. I can transfer a folder containing 695 MB to the drive in 23.7 seconds. The images load rapidly on my iPhone. This is turning out to be a more useful device than i originally thought.
