Great performance and value, especially when coupons or sale pricing are available.
I have both the B06+ and the B06 Pro+. The former I've had for years and use in my car. It makes a sublte tone when my phone connects to it in my car, and occasionally it gets pulled out to use as a festival camp site speaker connection point because it probably has 100 reliable feet of open space range, in practice. It doesn't scream words at you every time something happens, it just works. I bought another B06+ for my parents to use because it was so simple to use. I needed another for another space I'm setting up, and figured I'd opt for the higher tier one this time, since there was a coupon available that made it seem competitive with just the B06+ model (which also had a coupon and I could have just spent less money overall, but here we are). It's essentially just the same thing with a screen, some buttons, and some antennas. I haven't really done any range testing, but as long as it's not less range than the internally antenna'd B06+, I'm sure its great. Only issue I'm running into is that while it connects beautifully to my macbook pro, the only way for me to convince my computer to disconnect from the B06 Pro+ is to physically get up and hold the power button on the receiver until it powers down completely. I'm not taking any stars off because it's done its job really well, all of them that I've interacted with have been great. It's worth half of the price just because it doesn't try to talk to you, just gives you calm subtle and fairly quiet beeps and blips. There's nothing worse than turning your car on with speakers still on full blast from last night and getting "BLUETOOTH CONNECTED" sent through your earbuds at 110db. This product probably didn't need my review, but what are ya gonna do?

Nice affordable Bluetooth receiver especially if you stream Hi Def
I have purchased both this receiver and the B06 Plus. Both are very nice and simple to use. I am connecting to a high-quality audio system and speakers through an Android phone. The Ultra has noticeably better audio quality and uses a better DAC than the plus, though it is not the absolute top of the line. It has the added bonus that you can connect using the LDAC codec, which offers the highest quality Bluetooth streaming available. If you are streaming Hi-Res music this is the way to go. Unfortunately, this not available on Apple devices, where you are stuck with AAC. In that case you might go with the B06 plus. This one also seems to have a longer range, for me well over 30 feet through walls in the house.

Sounds Great
The device works perfectly as described. I'm able to send music from my desktop computer to play at CD quality on my stereo music through it's speakers. Please keep in mind music quality despends on the quality of it from the original source.

Works well. Lots of connections .Pairs easily.
this unit performed well throughout the house without any loss of signal. lots of connection choices. paired easily with my iphone. i have this connected to an older sony receiver that does not have bluetooth capability but i want to use this receiver because of powerful output to all speakers. it was state of the art in 1990. newer receivers off more connections but lack somewhat in output. i also use one of the receiver built in a/c outlets to power the b06 ultra. when the receiver shut off the b06 shuts off and when turned on it pairs back up to the last connected device. my only reason for not 5 stars is on previous b06 models if you were listening in the 3d mode it came back on to 3d when powered on. this unit requires you to press the 3d button on every power on if thats what you prefer.

Great sound and even support LDAC codec!!
Superb sound quality. Love the 3D sound virtualization setting. Flawless connection and great distance too. I was able to still stay connected moving about 80 feet from my home to the garage with multiple walls in between. Optical is the way to go y'all. Best and fast way to transfer audio information. I have this Bluetooth receiver hooked up to the old school 5.1 Logitech Z-5500 (500watt RMS 1000watt max!) and my house shakes with crystal clear lows mids and highs. If you have some nice old school speakers or amps that do not have Bluetooth capabilities then this receiver is for you.

Buzzing noise. NO multi-device connectivity, NO auto-connect, and extremely short standby
Update 3- To add insult to injury it continuosly produces buzzing and clicking noises when BT device is connected (even with the volume turned all the way down). Update 2- Ordered the B06 Pro+ model hoping it'd be free of idiosyncrasies of the Ultra model, but its design and execution are even more idiotic. While it seems to be able to connect to 2 devices simultaneously, the sound played from (only one device at a time) becomes distorted. Also, the TV plays no sound at all (only the phone does) via this receiver- no matter how many time I've paired and reset it. The TV outputs sound through Ultra just fine, so clearly the problem is with the Pro+ receiver itself. Maybe I got a defective unit here, not sure. What is clear is that this 1Mii "brand" has no business designing and making BT tech- their products are half-baked at best and not functional/unusable at worst. And the whole product line-up doesn't make any sense- why does the newer "Ultra" have BT 5.2 but without multi-point, yet older Pro+ has older BT 5.1 but with multi-point? Shouldn't the newer model, let alone named "Ultra" have at least the same or more/better features as an older version that's merely "Pro? Just a bunch of Chinese non-sense where words don't carry much meaning... UPDATE- the company responded to my review and acknowledged that B06 Ultra does NOT support multi-device connectivity (multipoint) despite the claims in the product listing. They really need to manage their product listings and all associated details better- this is a perfect "case in point" on my original review below. ORIGINAL REVIEW- Seeing how the reviews of this (line of) product cover multiple product versions as well as older and now obsolete/discontinued versions, I didn't know what to expect. The answers I was finding were contradictory thus not at all helpful. These findings, therefore, are specific to the sub-model "B06 Ultra" . 1. Codec support- LDAC-, etc. As expected. 2. Multi-device connectivity- it does NOT allow 2 devices to be connected simultaneously (I have to disconnect it on my phone before my TV is able to connect to the receiver). That's 1 star down right there. Worse yet, it does NOT automatically connect to any paired device when that device comes online- even with the other device being manually disconnected prior to powering on a different one (e.g. phone disconnected, powered on the TV- still have to go and manually connect to the receiver through the TV settings every time, very annoying). That's a second star down. Just make it auto-connect when a paired device comes on or let the user select whether to auto connect by default (via a configuration setting/switch/button). 3. Auto-reconnect- only works for 5 minutes (confirmed by the manufacturer) after disconnecting from the receiver (e.g. walking out of range). After the 5min timeout it enters into a "standby" mode and no longer auto-reconnects even when the phone/device is back in range- have to manually connect again every time. This is another star down- don't need your "engineers" deciding for me when the standby should be entered and certainly not making it this ridiculously short. It's especially idiotic considering this receiver has NO battery, so why in hell does it ever need to go into standby? Just let it stay on the whole time while it's powered. Better yet, make it a user-configurable parameter, i.e. always reconnect/no standby, never reconnect, or enable standby after XX (user-selected) hours. 4. It doesn't make any beeping sounds or speak in awfully-sounding "human" voices. Was afraid it won't be silent as some of the (earlier) versions apparently did just that. This "feature" (or technically lack of the "talking" feature) alone deserves the 2 remaining stars- nothing more retarded than those annoying beeps and voice announcements coming through the speaker every time it loses connection or powers on/off, etc. And even tho the short standby and lack of multi-device connectivity are pretty big negatives, I might still keep it only because it doesn't "talk"- had it made so much as a peep, I'd be sending it right back. 5. 3D-whatever sound is, of course, a useless gimmick. But the button wasted on it could actually be repurposed for something useful, for instance enabling/disabling the standby function! Just another example of half-baked Chinese engineering... 6. Finally, the proprietary charging port/cable- I knew this before buying, so am not deducting any stars, but WHY OR WHY? It makes absolutely no sense- if that supplied cable gets lost, do I have to special order a replacement from the company (assuming they even sell them) ?? There's literally a 5V USB-A port on one end of the supplied cable, so why not have some form or USB (ideally the current USB-C) on the other end of the cable, too? This type of Chinese "engineering" just drives me mad and not like this is a cheap $15 receiver- for 50+ bucks you still can't get industry-standard charging port/cable, seriously?!
