I recently purchased the TOPOINT Heated Eye Mask 2-Pack, and overall, I am very satisfied with this product. These eye masks have been a great help in relieving my eye fatigue and treating dry eyes. The masks are very easy to use, but I was disappointed that they came with no directions in the pack. After some trial and error, I found a method that works well for me: I take the seed sack out of the cover, wet it, and then place it in the microwave for about a minute, and then put it back in the cover before using it. This process is simple enough, but having instructions included would have been helpful. Once heated, the masks stay warm for several minutes, providing consistent and soothing moist heat to my eyes. The warmth is very comforting and helps alleviate any discomfort I have been experiencing. The masks themselves are comfortable to wear and the weighted design ensures they stay in place during use. The quality of the materials is excellent, and the masks feel durable. I appreciate that they come in a pack of two, allowing me to alternate between them if needed. Despite the lack of included instructions, I highly recommend the TOPOINT Heated Eye Mask for anyone looking to relieve eye fatigue, dryness, or styes. They are effective, comfortable, and easy to use once you figure out the heating process.

I needed something to help out with my dry eyes. They have become dryer as I've gotten older and it doesn't help that I live in a very dry and arid climate. I wake up in the middle of the night and blindly reach for my eye drops because my eyelids sometimes are stuck to my eyeballs! I was looking around the web for "other" options and came across people who were using these eyemasks. After reading the reviews which seemed pretty good, I decided to buy them and give them a try. I mainly use the flaxseed mask right now because that is supposed to help with dry eyes. I pop it in the microwave for 45-55 seconds and let the mask sit on my eyes for at least 10 minutes. So far they seem to help, it's not a cure all but when I use the mask at least once a day I am not waking up in the middle of the night with my eyes AS DRY as they have been. The masks are well made, super soft and comfortable. I am happy with the product!

My doctor prescribed moist heat for dry eye and I thought that’s what these were but they explicitly say not to get them wet so they heat up and don’t really hold the heat for very long because it’s just dry seeds.

These are very easy to use. Just pop them in microwave, insert into cover and enjoy the relaxing and scent is light. The heat stays for approximately 10-15 min. They are adjustable, so not a lot of pressure on your eyes like others. After treatment, I am more relaxed and feel good. Will buy again as needed.

I didn’t like the weight of the mask on my eyeballs at first. However, I have now figured out that I can move the contents around with my fingers to create a small comfortable pocket to fit around eyeballs, so I have become a big fan of these masks! The heat is moist and lasts longer than other masks. I’m careful to warm it in microwave for only about 15 or 16 seconds, then wear it to bed. Relaxing & recommended.

Eye face mask is ok. Could be designed better. The elastic band is good. But the overall size/shape of the mask could have been a little bigger. Also the design team was thinking ahead that people all around have different power/size microwaves, so they had it listed small or low power microwave only heat it up for so long. And as the size & power of your microwave increased your time has to decrease, cause they don't want the mask/seeds/ material to melt or catch fire. Very nice on their part.... BUT, the seed/material pouch is separate from the silver or the black cover. And there is a smallish slit at only 1 end of the silver or black cover and when you have a very warm or hot seed pouch straight from the microwave, you are trying to put that pouch thru the end of the mask cover/slit and correctly put it in place to actually use the mask the right way. WELL....by that time of wrestling with all of it your warm, very warm or hot seed pouch is quickly cooling off ! Kind of defeats the whole purpose. I could have really saved the $$$ and heat up my old microwavable seed/bean bag for sore muscles and put a dish towel over my face and got a hotter & longer enjoyment.

My husband experiences springtime allergies. My eyes feel like they have sand in them by the end of each screen-time filled day. This 2-pack of masks is perfect for us. Easy to heat up; easy to use; fit well; comfortable; cover can be washed. And my oh my do they ever work well! Amazing what 8-10 minutes can do! Recommended by our optometrist and they really do soothe the eyes. We use them on evenings when our eyes scream at us. Start with caution when heating. 30 seconds is plenty. You don’t need to get them very hot. Great product. Great price.

A few issues w/this product. It's too heavy, it doesn't heat well, nor does it retain heat. It smells even at only 30 second heat, and the instructions/claims are baloney. The "lost in translation" adage is exemplified in the description and instructions for this product. It's obvious this was written by an ESL person. There are many examples on both the webpage and in the booklet. The description on the webpage makes all sorts of claims, saying to use it for different eye issues. Some of those issues such as "pink eye", you would NOT use this because it's spread by contact and you would be putting the bacteria on the mask, then putting it back on your face. It says it can be used for treatment of palpebral fissure. What is palpebral fissure? It's the space/opening between both eye lids. Don't think wearing this mask is going to make the distance smaller or wider, so they don't know what they're talking about. Another claim (this one in the booklet that comes in package) is that it is used to treat cleft palate. Do they not know that has nothing to do w/the eyes and of course that is treated by surgery? And, hey, it promotes good eyesight, I know, because it says so. The instructions also tell you about the times to heat depending on the wattage of your microwave. So, if you're microwave is 600 to 8000 watts you heat it for 40 seconds. Wait a minute, 8000 watts? That's the size of a generator, not a microwave. Just another error. #4 on page 6 gives the important warning: " Please don't use in air-conditioned rooms during hot summer days, avoid to magnifying pores inhale cold to affect your heath".
