I recently purchased the TOPOINT Heated Eye Mask 2-Pack, and overall, I am very satisfied with this product. These eye masks have been a great help in relieving my eye fatigue and treating dry eyes. The masks are very easy to use, but I was disappointed that they came with no directions in the pack. After some trial and error, I found a method that works well for me: I take the seed sack out of the cover, wet it, and then place it in the microwave for about a minute, and then put it back in the cover before using it. This process is simple enough, but having instructions included would have been helpful. Once heated, the masks stay warm for several minutes, providing consistent and soothing moist heat to my eyes. The warmth is very comforting and helps alleviate any discomfort I have been experiencing. The masks themselves are comfortable to wear and the weighted design ensures they stay in place during use. The quality of the materials is excellent, and the masks feel durable. I appreciate that they come in a pack of two, allowing me to alternate between them if needed. Despite the lack of included instructions, I highly recommend the TOPOINT Heated Eye Mask for anyone looking to relieve eye fatigue, dryness, or styes. They are effective, comfortable, and easy to use once you figure out the heating process.

These are very easy to use. Just pop them in microwave, insert into cover and enjoy the relaxing and scent is light. The heat stays for approximately 10-15 min. They are adjustable, so not a lot of pressure on your eyes like others. After treatment, I am more relaxed and feel good. Will buy again as needed.

These masks are helping my dry eyes a lot! I gave them 4 stars because the inserts are a little difficult to stuff back into the masks after heating.

I have a rare genetic eye condition and essentially I don't have much of an eyelid on either eye so they are very prone to dryness and after time this dryness has affected my vision. My corneal specialist recommended I use an eye mask for 10 minutes a day as part of my treatment to aid in reducing the dryness in my eyes.. I chose this product because the covers were washable and for the price compared to others, I got two masks instead of one. I received the product yesterday and used the black mask last night. Apparently there is supposed to be a difference between the two but I have only used one so far. First thing I noticed was the velvety material which is very soft and feels good against my skin. The weight is significant but not too heavy. It seems to serve to get the moist heat emitted from the mask close to my eyes where it is needed. There is a slight smell but it is not unpleasant at all. I microwaved the mask for 40 seconds then used the mask for 8 minutes and it kept the warmth the whole time. I do sleep with an eye mask at night and was pleasantly surprised to discover this mask can also be used when sleeping. I imagine, as long as the weight vs a regular eye mask isn't an issue, that this warm mask used at night will be quite soothing to fall asleep with so I will try that tonight. Good product for the price, pleased with the purchase.

I am not very good about remembering to use these, but when I do, it's very soothing and I appreciate the warmth. Like any microwave heated heating pad-type of item, there's a little learning curve for heating to a proper temperature so it's not uncomfortably hot or useless because it's too cold. The pack feels a bit heavy on the eyes, but that's probably unavoidable. I bought the mask in the hopes that it would help my dry eyes. I don't really think it helps them in that way, but it does feel nice especially in the winter. I'm on the fence about whether or not I'd buy it again, but that's mainly because it doesn't generally occur to me to use it and so I end up not using it very often.

Eye face mask is ok. Could be designed better. The elastic band is good. But the overall size/shape of the mask could have been a little bigger. Also the design team was thinking ahead that people all around have different power/size microwaves, so they had it listed small or low power microwave only heat it up for so long. And as the size & power of your microwave increased your time has to decrease, cause they don't want the mask/seeds/ material to melt or catch fire. Very nice on their part.... BUT, the seed/material pouch is separate from the silver or the black cover. And there is a smallish slit at only 1 end of the silver or black cover and when you have a very warm or hot seed pouch straight from the microwave, you are trying to put that pouch thru the end of the mask cover/slit and correctly put it in place to actually use the mask the right way. WELL....by that time of wrestling with all of it your warm, very warm or hot seed pouch is quickly cooling off ! Kind of defeats the whole purpose. I could have really saved the $$$ and heat up my old microwavable seed/bean bag for sore muscles and put a dish towel over my face and got a hotter & longer enjoyment.

I rarely write product reviews, and after using these eye patches for 3 months I am excited to say these eye patches are functional and luxurious. I have glaucoma and in the Summer of 2022 I had 6 surgeries and I had a lot of pain and couldn't tolerate light well. Fast forward to 2024, I ordered these in April and fell in love with them because of the comfortable fit on the first night. They block the light very well. During the day if my eyes are tired I warm the patch and rest for a few minutes and as my pain subsides I enjoy a spa-like experience. These check off all of my boxes! They are washable! Doesn't get any better for me!!

Seems like a good idea. But I could not make it work. The seed bag is to be removed from the sleeve and goes in the microwave. After 30 seconds it is sufficiently warm. Next step, place the seed bag back into its sleeve. But it does not go in with ease. It took so long to try to stuff it back in to the overly small sleeve that by the time I got it back in it had cooled down considerably. The difficulty in handling it defeats the purpose.
