Incipio Watson Wallet Folio for Samsung Galaxy S5 - Retail Packaging - Purple

First of all, as mentioned in other reviews, the colour is much more pink-purple than what is shown - but I'm fine with that. What irks me is the fact that the hard shell is so tight as to not fit the 1mm or so difference between the phone with the standard battery back and the phone with the Samsung-official wireless charging back. I would understand not designing a case to fit obscure aftermarket additions, but the optional wireless charging accessories were one of the brand's main selling points for this phone! I contacted Incipio who said this was not currently compatible but they would pass along my message.Even without that issue, the inner hard shell is most DEFINITELY not removable from the main wallet case... not easily, anyway. I had to get a screwdriver and felt like I was nearly to break the plastic before it would finally give. (And yes, I was following Incipio's instructions for removal.) I've rigged this with industrial velcro to house a different, flexible inner case that fits my phone with the wireless charging back and does allow me to remove it at night to place it on the charging pad.I also find that if I tip this upside-down even the slightest bit while the flap is open, all my cards come spilling out. Finally, when taking pictures with the back-facing camera, it is nigh impossible to keep the flap out of the shot whilst holding the camera AND using your other hand to press the photo capture button.Improvements this product needs to be successful/worth it: MUCH easier removal of inner shell, optional inner shell to fit wireless charging back (would be willing to pay extra for this), clear ID pocket, more secure pockets for cards, a way to prevent the flap from covering the camera lens when open.

I like the look of the case and it has held up well with regular use for a couple months now.As recommended by other reviewers, I shaved off the small plastic tab inside the power button cover to make it work for my phone.The phone has been knocked off the couch arm a couple of times without the elastic band engaged. I was disappointed that the phone popped out of the case each time. It did minimize the damage mostly, but my phone did bounce out and take its own hit on the floor after.It is pretty difficult to remove the inner case from the shell and it probably wouldn't be worth much protectonic since the other drops I had caused the phone to come out of that case anyway.Overall, it was inexpensive and it provides some protection which is what I was looking for. In careful with my phone usually and just wanted a bit of reassurance.

As already noted, not the color dipicted, more of a fuschia/magenta color. Also had to mess with the power button to get it to work. Otherwise, I love it! Great wallet case, and the detachable feature is awesome!

This case is HORRIBLE. first of all, the case is magenta. Not the nice purple color shown in the picture. Second, the power button doesn't work when the case is on. Thirdly, the case was already bent when I opened it. Yes it's 'retail packaging,' but the box wasn't sealed and could have easily been tampered with. Just terrible. I wouldn't recommend this case to ANYONE. don't waste your money on this horrible product.

Case fit phone, well made, great company!

I don't understand the negative reviews on this case...I LOVE IT..I am a phone and phone case freak..I research long and hard..this one is the most perfect I have found for full coverage and protection...it is easy for me to remove the secondary case and to remove from my phone..I also have this case for my kindle...don't hesitate to purchase this..:)

Love it, except the on/off button doesn't do anything...Also, it's not really purple... i would call it pink

Good case but hard to remove and side power does not work with the case on.
