What size are the particles of crushed granite?

Almost the size of fish-tank gravel. For young chickens you can put in a coffee grinder.

Does this product come coated with antibiotics?

No I don't think so, but if not buying for your chickens I would buy a large bag of oyster shell grit from ur local garden store. You get a much larger size for the money.
