I’ve been using the Physiomedgears 5-in-1 combo machine for a while now, and I’m honestly impressed. 1. I purchased it 4 months back and in that 5-6 times I had to change fuse. Heating pads stopped working properly after 2 months only.2. Service of this is very poor. Very unprofessional people. They don't revert back on time and even after following up for so many times there will be some or other excuses.3. For my machine I got some short circuit to heating pads for which I send machine to Delhi...as it was in warranty period after so many follow ups they planned pickup after one week of short circuit.....and in total it took more than 2 weeks to send me machine back ....and in new machine also model is different.Even after purchasing new heating pads from them .... heating channel is not working properly . Some issue with their machine mechanism only.Just waste of money.... Don't go for it if you want to save your money , energy and time .

Firstly thanks for the care taken to disinfect the device even though needed 7 days to deodorize the machine.Pros:The product is good, IFT, MS and Tens work as expected. US seems to be bit too intense, have to keep to lower values than standard. Still have to figure out how the heating is controlled by the knob (not a good option to experiment on a patient)Cons:The manual doesn't seems to be of this version of the machine (provide at-least an online/downloadable manual with all details.). current manual don't have any mention of the deep heat control and the control is bit too confusing with the knob covering the markings. The US stand is missing which is very important. I think they missed to fit it, as I can see the holes drilled for the stand.Improvements that can be done without much cost:Can provide better quality gelManual should be for the device (downloadable version is also fine)The US stand should be fixed.Tune US to standard values.Can add couple more straps.

Poor packaging for suck a delicate item which work on piezoelectric effect. Even my frame worth of one thousand came with better packaging than this ten thousand price item.
